I have read on blind and heard from many senior developers that they regret joining startups/good learning companies in the initial phase of their career.

Would like to hear which are these good companies without terrible WLB and good pay.

Have heard that Uber is one of them having good learning.

Whereas have read many times on blind that joining companies like Salesforce,Adobe, Microsoft is bad for early career.

The best way is to join a team that is working on a new product. Bigger product the better.

Startups are very likely to give you that opportunity. But it's not true that Salesforce or Microsoft does not provide that opportunity. It's lesser in numbers though. Microsoft's Office 365 and Azure teams do handle a lot of products since they started in design phase. Same is true for some teams in Salesforce, like Marketing cloud /CDP. Many people who joined at 1-2 yoe already been promoted and growing quite fast.
Adobe I'm not sure. I worked in dx india and it's nothing more of a dodgy backyard for some periphera / leftoverl work of US.

I don't know, atleast my team gives to a very good percentage of people. And personally I doubled my tc in just 2 years, base as well, with out jumping around. Congratulations on your refreshers. May you grow further, not just in TC.

Depends heavily on role you end up in. There are shit jobs/teams in startups also.

'Learning' is as much dependent on person as the team/company. Best is focus on tc which would enable you to learn, explore more, have flexibility.
